About Us
Our flexible service means you’re always in control – allowing you to lease a car or van short term for 28 days with the option to increase or decrease the length of your term at any time.
Whether you opt to lease for 28 days or 12 months, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the monthly fixed rental payments are covered for the duration.
After 28 days, you can choose whether to return the car or van or if you would like to swap to another vehicle and you can do this as many times as you would like – with no additional charges to pay!
Opening An Account
Before you can lease a car or van from Flexed, personal information, some forms of documents such as proof of ID and a credit check will be required to assess whether you’re eligible for leasing.
This is part of the process for both personal and business contracts, however the type of documents and information required may differ. The form only takes around 5-10 minutes to complete and our own in-house finance department deals with every application, which means a decision is generally made within 24 hours (weekdays).
You must be confident that you can afford to keep up with the monthly payments before you sign the agreement.
Extra Benefits
When you lease a car or van, there are restrictions that apply around what you can and can’t do with your vehicle. The main one is the agreed mileage which if you go over could mean extra charges at the end of your contract, whilst paying for more than you need is also not recommended.
You must also make sure that your lease car or van is kept in good condition whilst in your possession and inspected carefully before being returned.

At Flexed, we want out customers to treat their lease car or van as if it’s their own and we encourage this. However, when it comes to making modifications to your lease vehicle there is a process which must be followed.
It might be that you’d like to have a tow bar fitted, or your company decals added to your van by having it wrapped. Whatever the modification you have planned, you must seek permission first.
You may also need permission if you plan to take your lease car or van out of the country. A VE103 form might need filling in before heading off abroad.
