What are Flexed Rewards?

Flexed Rewards is the brand-new Flexed loyalty scheme, exclusively available with the Flexed App. With Flexed Rewards, you can earn points just by driving and using your car automatically which can save you hundreds during your lease contract!

How can I join Flexed Rewards?

In order to join Flexed Rewards, download, register and sign into the Flexed app on the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you’ve been registered, you’ll automatically start earning points.

How do I earn Flexed Rewards points?

Simply by driving, and enjoying our car! The longer you have an active consecutive contract, the more points you’ll earn.

You won’t lose any progress if you swap your car during this period.

However, if you do pause your contract and restart your lease, your countdown will automatically reset.

How does the tier system work?

Presently, there are 3 tiers live on Flexed App, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Each tier is 6 months apart and will reward up to £300 worth of credit in total.

How can I redeem my rewards?

After you’ve reached Bronze, the rewards can be redeemed any point during your contract.

You can use this credit value towards:

  • Your next rental
  • Any delivery or collection charges
  • Or any subsidiary invoices, such as excess mileages, or damage.

Rewards Terms and Conditions

Flexed Rewards

The Flexed Rewards programme provided by Autohorn Fleet Services Ltd t/a Flexed (“The Company”), is designed to help you get most out of your subscription. We reward you for the things you already do, such as driving and enjoying our vehicle! The points you earn can be used towards any of pre-existing services such as a credit off your next rental, excess mileages, damage, or delivery and collection charges.

To ensure that you eligible for our loyalty programme, please carefully ready the following terms and conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information related to Flexed Rewards. If you are unsure or have any feedback regarding the programme, please do not hesitate to speak to your account manager, or any of member of our team by calling 0800 311 8290 or emailing talk@flexed.co.uk.

These Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions shall consist of acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and the Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Programme Period

This Programme will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted by The Company (the “Programme Period”).

Eligibility

To become a Member of the Programme, you must be a ‘Personal Customer’ with an active contract with Autohorn Fleet Services Ltd t/a Flexed and must have the Flexed App downloaded from the App Store, or Google Play Store. Once you have registered on the Flexed App, your rewards will automatically start.

Earning Points

Points can only be earned by having a live consecutive contracts.

Customers who have paused, or terminated their subscription will see the countdown reset and will restart from the agreement start date.

Redeeming Points

Presently, the rewards has three different tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

You can only redeem your rewards once you have achieved Bronze or higher.

These points can be redeemed towards any of our internal services including:

  • Your next rental
  • Delivery and collection charges
  • Damage charges
  • Excess mileage charges

Flexed Points Balance

You can check the balance of your rewards any point with the Flexed App.

Flexed Points Expiration

If not redeemed, any eligible rewards will expire after 6 months.

Termination

The Company, in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward.

The Company may suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the Rental Terms and Conditions (TC.4).

The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if The Company suspects that such member has engaged to attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Rental Terms and Conditions (TC.4); (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Programme or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person acting on behalf of The Company; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behaviour or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of The Company to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

Any decision The Company makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Rewards Programme, you release us, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Rewards Programme and/or the use of any Rewards.

Governing law

These Rewards Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or relating to these Rewards Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
