Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ is a great way of connecting your smartphone to your car. You can use Siri, or Hey Google voice controls to send or read text messages, call your contacts, change your songs, or even ask for directions! It’ll also display certain apps on your infotainment system allowing for quick and easy access whenever you’re on the move.

Aside from the level of tech you get as standard with the 2008, it’s a great all-rounder for pretty much any scenario thrown at the car! There’s a decent amount of head, or leg room available so it will comfortably seat five passengers with ease. The 434-litre boot space is perfect for several suitcases or the big weekly shop!

Under the bonnet, the 2008 comes standard with a 1.2-litre petrol PureTech engine and is very economical to run on short, or long journeys as it will easily return over 47 miles per gallon. It also means it’s cheap to insure compared to other vehicles of a similar size.

When it comes to driving this car, there’s excellent all-around visibility which means it’s effortless to drive and particularly helpful in tight city spaces. The cabin is also fairly quiet as the engine and road noise is kept to a minimum which adds comfort to those extra-long journeys!
