The reg plate ‘MAC 800K’ is up for grabs at the DVLA timed auction – so get bidding!
All Apple fans, now’s your chance to get your hands on the perfect registration plate at the DVLA Timed Auction of Personalised Registrations which started on Monday 6 August and runs until Wednesday 15 August 2018.
The ‘MAC 800K’ registration plate started with a reserve price of Ā£250 and has since jumped up to Ā£780, so what are you waiting for, getting bidding all you Apple fanatics – at its current price it’s still cheaper than one of their new MacBook Pro’s!
The DVLA originally only planned to hold four Timed Auctions in 2018 but because of huge demand from customers they’ve decided to hold a fifth one and what a huge selection of personalised reg plates are up for auction.
If you’re not a big Apple lover then not to worry as there’s plenty more to choose from between now and the end of the auction.

Driving a yellow car? Then this one’s for you ‘YE11 LOW’, on auction with a Ā£250 reserve price or maybe you share the same surname as former professional footballer Ian Wright and wouldn’t mind displaying it on your motor ‘WR18 GHT’ – with a reserve price of Ā£400, what a bargain.
Perhaps you work in the waste/recycling business, in which case this might take your fancy ‘RUB 115H’ – which started with a reserve price of Ā£250, or there’s this one for keeping the criminals at bay ‘HOP 111T’, also starting with a Ā£250 price reserve.
There’s also a fine selection of christian names on offer if you like the idea of everyone knowing who’s driving, so if you’re called ‘AL17 SON’, ‘CA11 THY’, ‘DEN 17S’, ‘JOS 13E’, ‘MA17 HEW’ or ‘TO11 MMY’ get bidding!
As of dinner time yesterday, the personalised reg plate ‘700 O’ was the one creeping up in price the most, climbing up to Ā£6,510 from its reserve price of Ā£2,500.
Of all the personalised registrations up for auction, just a handful so far have received no bids, including ’59 DES’, ‘900 BJ’, ‘1967 BC’, ‘3000 GL’ and ‘HAC 3T’ – wonder why that is!
